Century 21 Hanich is home to twenty agents that are available to assist you with all of your real estate needs. We have been in the Covina area for over twenty five years. Most of our business is in the San Gabriel Valley but we also service Los Angeles and the Inland Empire.

Century 21 Hanich is located in a historical home known as the ASHTON HOUSE on the corner of San Bernardino Rd and Hollenbeck at 501 W. San Bernardino Rd. in Covina.

The two story home was built in 1889. It is one of several historical landmarks in the community. It was built with redwood from the Stockton area. Most of the interior and exterior of the structure is original construction. It is on a large tract of land that was once a citrus grove. Covina was known for its Orange Groves.
